Description:
The assignment concerns an agreement for delivering drinks on the Bosveld site, located at Heirbaan 9 in 1830 Machelen. The following delivery points are distinguished within this complex: - Cafeteria football/athletics stadium; - Cafeteria tennis complex; - Event room and polyvalent room. The contractor is also responsible for installing the counter installations (tap, cooling and washing-up installations), including the installation of the necessary pipes on each of the delivery points. The necessary maintenance and/or the repair/replacement of the counter installations are also borne by the contractor. The contractor obtains the exclusive delivery right for drinks at the aforementioned locations on the Bosveld site. It is emphasized that no minimum drops are guaranteed. The object of the agreement is extensively described in part 3 - technical provisions of this specifications. The agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years. Indicatively, a start of the contract can be taken into account on 1 September 2025.
