Description:
The object of this contract consists of advisory support for the socio-land security of actors in the rice, market gardening and traditional cereals sectors in Mauritania in accordance with this CSC.
By this procedure, the contracting authority therefore aims to conclude an agreement- frame with a singleservice provider with a view to entrusting it with services relating to the subject of this framework agreement. The procedure for concluding the framework agreement is detailed in point 3.1.
Taking into account the nature of the service and its purpose which implies a certain flexibility which is permitted by the ca-agreementdre. Our knowledge of the context of intervention and the evolving nature of our programming do not allow us to precisely define the volume of the service (to be specified at the end of the framing phase).
As needs arise, will present, these will be the subject of missispecific contracts allocated to a single service provider with whom the framework agreement has been concluded.
The missions based on the framework agreement will be awarded in accordance with the terms described in point 3.2.
The objectives and results targeted by this framework agreement are described in part 5 "Termes of reference".
