- The tourist region Westhoek releases a tourist regional pocket annually. This pocket contains tourist information, mainly (practical) info i.v.m. Tourist sights, recreation and good addresses (food and drink). Couleur Locale (in the broad sense of the word) is the The common thread throughout the pocket. The publication is almost completely distributed in the region itself. In other words, the pocket is a handy how-to-use-the product brochure to explore the Westhoek. This pocket consists of 264 inner pages. Of these, there are preferably at least 100 pages paying Via advertising recruitment. The remaining pages are edited by Tourism Westhoek/Westtoer. The following authorities can take an advertisement in the Pocket: restaurants, cafes, attractions, museums, tourism services, private players within the tourism sector (eg Wijngaarden, Breweries, potters, regional producers, etc.). For the recruitment of the advertisements (direct number of 100 pages) for the editions 2026 - 2027, Tourism Westhoek/Westtoer wants to rely on an external service provider.
