Description:
Tenders are invited for Advanced Curved Departure Operations in TMA. EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. To increase the collected data and pilot operational acceptability, a set of amended departure procedures will be flown in aircraft simulators, thereby exposing the procedures to an expanded group of rated airline pilots who will provide feedback on the safety and operational acceptability of the flown procedures through pilot questionnaires The contractor will assist EUROCONTROL with the provision of simulation devices to test the new operations, the provision of aircraft navigation databases containing the new procedures and the provision of flight crews to test the procedures.
