Description:
The HR Excellence in Research process is a structured and monitored auditing mechanism centred on a continuous assessment in three-year cycles for recognising with the “HR Excellence in Research Award” the institutions that make progress in aligning their human resources policies to the 40 principles of the Charter & Code, based on a customised action plan/HR strategy.The contractor will be responsible, in collaboration with the Commission, the applicant institutions and the experts, for organising the continuous assessment of applications, including the organisation of desk-based assessments and site visits, the selection of experts, the administrative validation of experts- reports and institutions- submissions, as well as managing the communication with applicants, promoting the award and providing feedback to the Commission for policy purposes.
