• The subject of this public service contract concerns the towing, recovery and storage of vehicles on the territory of PZ Rupel - duration 48 months. The assignment includes: Administrative tackles (including incorrectly parked vehicles, abandoned vehicles, some recovered vehicles, etc.) that are parked illegally or in a nuisance on public roads and that are stored by the service provider in its storage area until the owner comes to collect his vehicle; Takedowns as a result of traffic accidents, taking into account the decision-making rights of the vehicle owner; The official towing (without fault on the part of the driver). The lifting operations must be carried out at the location assigned by the police. So do not belong to the object of the assignment: The judicial arrests on behalf of the public prosecutor's office; The arrests were carried out without the request of the local police Rupel.
