- The purpose of this pre-announcement is to inform companies about the upcoming publication of specifications regarding the "Adaptation of the Waterside building at Willebroekkaai 30-33, 1000 Brussels, with a view to the installation of the Francisco Ferrer University of Applied Sciences" . The building was builtBuilt in 2005, it consists of a ground floor, 5 upper floors and two underground floors, including a parking area and technical rooms, with an area of ​​approximately 11,000 m2 excluding cellars. It is currently vacant and available for work.
The specifications include the vfollowing works:
•structural works to install an external staircase:
reinforcing the existing basement structure
oadaptation of the external carpentry on the facade to provide access to the new fire escape on the outside
oinstallation of the metal stairs, platforms and handrails
oadaptation of the handrails on the roof terrace
•extension of an existing external staircase:
addition of a metal spiral staircase to raise the existing staircase to the level of the roof terrace
