- Bpost reports its consolidated figures in accordance with IFRS. This means that an IAS 19 calculation/valuation must be made for the benefits bpost grants its employees. These include post-employment benefits, long-term benefits, termination benefits and other long-term benefits. The selected party will prepare the actuarial valuation of the remuneration and draw up the various reports for the close in June and the annual close in December or other ad hoc requests in relation to IAS 19. The selected party will provide support in the following areas - insight into the development of the debt payable to employees - support for the external audit, including the presentation of the results to the accountants - provision of the information needed to comply with the changes in relation to the IAS 19 standards, laws or regulations regarding one of the benefits and any consequences for the disclosures (including proactively sharing information with bpost)
