Description:
The purpose of the contract is the provision and maintenance of project management and project portfolio software within the CRP Les Marronniers. And this, in order to continue the deployment of the project management method among project managers on the one hand and to provide managementn general of a tool facilitating the vision and prioritization of strategic projects on the other hand, in particular on the basis of the management of capacities in this, including time reporting.
The CRP Les Marronniers has deployed a project approach to manage the all of the hospital's projects: health projectsoins, quality, infrastructure, IT, logistics, organizational and events.
Currently, monitoring is carried out via a SaaS software solution. The contract includes the recovery of the 150 projects currently hosted in the current solution.
