The purpose of this framework agreement is to purchase licenses, delivery, implementation, maintenance and support for a bilingual centralized salary engine (FR / NL) that can be integrated into a management software Modular for human resources and is compatible with existing HR systems within the adjudicator and potential partner. This software must be modular expandable (= extensions are possible without having to provide a new basic package) in the future.The use of the wage engine in question within each potentially partner entities may be different. The applicable salary rules are not every time the same, this distinction is fully justified. The possibility of extension in a modular way is also part of this structuring. Imperatively, the proposed solution must be able to deliver a live pay calculation result.
