III.2.1 Nature of the market
This market is a supply market, within the meaning of article 2.20 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement.
III.2.2 Object of the market
III.2.2.1 Context
The scanner service of clinics wishes to replace all injectors of mobile contrast product, Compatible and synchronized with Siemens and Philips machines. These injectors should be easy to use, handy and easily moveable between the rooms. The offer must include all the necessary consumables as well as a reliable after-sales service. Equipment must respect the safety standards and guarantee precise and secure administration of contrast products.
III.2.2.2 perimeter
The subject of this market includes the following elements borne by the contractor:
1.Fournature, delivery and installation of injectors;
2.Consomables, accessories and instruments ;
3. Garantia of supplies and service;
4.Maintence;
5. Personal training;
6. Required documentation.
The requirements to which these supplies (and linked services) are described are described in paragraph V of this special specifications.
