- Purpose of the services: Acquisition of a computer solution for creating, piloting and communication in strategic planning and project management. Cable Group: Users come from local Brussels powers (municipalities and CPAS) as well as organizations exercising missions of public utility within the Brussels-Capital Region. It is important to note that the use of this software is not compulsory, it is complicated to determine, in advance, the number of administrations and therefore users who will be affected by the tool. However, we know that this potentially concerns 38 administrations and that the maximum number of users should not exceed 600 agents. Comment: This software will be used by local Brussels powers (potentially 38 administrations). It will allow encoding, piloting and communication of strategic plans for each administration. It will include a modern and effective project management tool.
