This contract is a service contract to provide an adequate computer response to the management of fiber optic telecommunication network circuits. The market is about: - the acquisition / updating of an assisted management tool by Computer (GAO) for a fiber optic telecommunication network and all necessary licenses, installation, setting and commissioning; - the initial loading of all data in this network in the database of the tool; - daily technical support for the operation of the latter, its use and maintenance; - the formation of several agents. It concerns all the supplies and benefits necessary to achieve this objective.The tool is planned To ensure: - the physical management of the network (access room, ducts, cables, ΞΌtubes, ΞΌblables, cabins, cabinets, drawers, ...); - a logical management of the network (circuit management, splices, routing, ...) ;- Planning Interviews ... - Documents:
