Description:
The purpose of this market is, according to the clauses and prescriptions of this specifications, the conclusion of a multi-year market, known as "order form", lasting four years (48 months) for the supply, during this period, of new tann trucks essentially forReplace used or downgraded vehicles as well as to meet new needs.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of this special specifications for the contractors, the contractor undertakes to provide and make operational, in the various services of the Wallonia Picardy,The vehicles and materials described in its offer and to ensure the assistance necessary for their start-up.
The number of tanker trucks referred to in this market is estimated between two and four vehicles. However, the attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that the quantitiesindicated in this special specifications of the charges are presumed quantities. These are given for a purely indicative basis without obligation on the part of the contracting authority. The contract of awarding the contracting contractSo does not engage the contracting authority to place orders for a minimum total amount and the contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its orders to the evolution of its needs.
