• The mode of operation of the RCA being relatively complex, the contracting authority wishes to be assisted in matters of accounting, management, finance and taxation. The mission which will be entrusted to the successful bidder will include in particular: Verification and monthly accounting (Type 1 services) The development of the management plan and the management contract (Type 2 services) The quarterly VAT declaration (check of documents, preparation of the declaration, filing on Intervat, various operations required for filing the declaration, VAT listing, etc.) (Type 2 services) Permanent assistance for all advice relating to accounting, management, financial aspects and taxation (Type 3 services) The establishment of a quarterly situation (Type 2 services) The establishment of annual accounts as of December 31 of each year, including in particular: o An activity report including: Comments on the income statement, balance sheet, etc. ; A financial analysis of the situation of the contracting authority; A comparison of the past year with previous years and the business plan; o An operating account; o An assessment; o ISOC declaration, etc. (Type 2 services) The coordination of the mission of the College of Commissioners and, in particular, that of the Company Auditor (type 3 services) The establishment and updating of the management plan that...
