- Tenders are invited for ACAP Platform Improvements This request aims at supporting the Airport Capacity and Performance (ACAP) Platform with maintenance, new development, and further increase of the number of connected airports to the ACAP Platform through the following tasks: upgrade and maintenance of the tools contained in the ACAP platform (e.g. increased automation to fasten analysis and obtention of results, facilitated configuration, enhance of visualisation and reporting modules; knowledge transfer; providing and ensuring operational connection of equipment at airport sites (optional); monitoring data collection for ACAP Platform (optional) The economically most advantageous offer will be established in accordance with the following: For the Technical tender, a weighting of 60% is applied, for the Financial tender, a weighting of 40%.
