The planned renovations focus on creating multifunctionalSpaces that better meet the wishes of students and teachers. Transformation of the caretaker's house The caretaker's house will be transformed into a wide classroom, creating a learning environment that is suitable for various disciplines. This does not only increase the capacity of the academy,But also promotes cooperation between different art forms. Adjustment of the Atelier for Visual Arts The current Atelier for Visual Arts will be adapted to a music and theater studio, which makes a wider range of creative expressions possible. This is in line with theContemporary demand to offer students the opportunity to further develop their skills in various art forms. Redesign of the storage of the concert hall The redesign of the storage is crucial for an efficient storage of visitor chairs for the concert hall, which is currently nonehave a suitable place. By optimizing this space, the concert hall gets a better organized look and can be used more flexibly for various events and activities. These adjustments are aimed at improving the functionality of the spaces and increasingof the overall quality of education and the learning experience within the Maasmechelen academy.
