We are the autonomous municipal company urban education. We are a network of 116 basic and secondary schools, academies and centers in Antwerp with a wide range of study options for 55,000 toddlers, pupils and students. Recruiting staff happens decentralized. Every school director with us has the autonomy to independently shape the inflow process based on the identity of the school. That is because our school directors are responsible for the quality of education at school. To achieve this, a highly complementary composite school team is the key. A professional recruitment and selection policy is the basis for supplementing the team. We are looking for a consultant to guide the Stedelijk Education Antwerp in the implementation of the new recruitment software package and the possible redrawing a number of a number processes.
