A framework agreement with a single company for the renovation of roofs and gutters in the accommodation of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense in Westende, Nieuwpoort, Bredene and Lissewege This market concerns a framework agreement with a single company for the repair of roofs and gutters of housing at the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter also referred to as OCASC) in Westende (75 housing units), Nieuwpoort (10 accommodations), Bredene (28 accommodations) and Lissewege (25 accommodations). This is a one-year contract with the possibility of tacit extension each year under the same conditions, a maximum of three times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). The value The maximum possible market price is €60,000. The contract automatically ends either when this amount is reached or at the end of the last possible extension, whichever comes first.
