Description:
This market relates to framework agreement with a company for the preparation and delivery of refrigerated meals in the crèche of the Central Social and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Defense in Neder-Over-Heembeek. This is a contract lasting one year with the possibility of extending the contract tacitly at most 3 times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). Anyway, the market ends on the right on 03/01/2029. Meals are delivered at least once every 2 weeks in the refrigerator according to the principle of the cold line. Two different age categories are affected. An alternative/regime/gluten -free offer/taking into account allergies/... must be provided for each age group. The conditions of the framework agreement are known and described in the technical provisions of part 3 of this special specifications. Orders have placed through a separate call for tenders. The market is for the Snoopy crèche in Neder-over-Heembeek. The maximum total market value is € 110,000. The order will be automatically terminated either when this amount is reached, or 01/03/2029.
