Description:
This framework agreement relates to the appointment of an external auditor for the benefit of the Central Social and Cultural Action Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC), whose mission will notably be to provide advice to the audit committee for the implementation of an audit structure, the development of a risk analysis, the development of an audit plan and the execution of specific audits in the institution. This is an initial contract of 12 months starting the day of notification with the annual possibility of extending the contract tacitly under exactly the same conditions for a maximum duration of 48 months (see point 2.5 of the CSC). The external auditor responsible for services is a senior auditor. He can be assisted by a junior auditor, under his responsibility. The object of this market constitutes a set of coherent and integrated activities, which cannot be subdivided into lots without compromising its effectiveness and relevance.
