Description:
The current contract concerns a framework contract with a single company for the sanitation of fuel tanks in the accommodation of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter also referred to as OCASC) in the Limburg. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of tacit extension each year under the same conditions, a maximum of three times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). The maximum possible market value is €100,000. The market ends automatically either when this amount is reached, or at the end of the last possible extension, whichever comes first.
