This market concerns a framework agreement with a single company for the renovation ofStarters and sewers in the accommodation of the Central Social and Cultural Action Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter also called "OCASC") in Gavere (35 dwellings). This is a one -year contract with the possibility of tacit extension under the same conditions for amaximum of three times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). The maximum market value is 40,000 euros. The contract ends automatically either when this amount is reached, or at the expiration of the last possible extension, according to the first possibility.
