A contract with a single company for the renewal and repair of hard floors in housing of the Central Social and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Defense in the Region of Antwerp and Brabant
This market relates to an agreement with a single company for the renewal and repair of hard floors in the accommodation of the Central Social and Cultural Action Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC) in Antwerp and in Brabant-Flamand, namely in Brasschaat (124 dwellings), Schoten (3 dwellings), Kapellen (12 dwellings), HERENTALS (100 housing) Bind (50 dwellings), Turnhout (18 dwellings), oud-turnhout (26 dwellings), Heverlee (52 dwellings), Zaventem (40 dwellings), Kallo (12 dwellings), Sint-Niklaas (16 dwellings). Most of the work will be ordered for the Brasschaat and HERENTALS complexes (see the number of housing per complex). This is a 1 -year contract with the annual possibility of extending the contract in a tacit manner under exactly the same conditions and at most 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC).
