The object concerns research, demand and obtaining subsidies as well as monitoring andThe reporting of the Elena subsidy granted by the European Investment Bank to the Central Social and Cultural Office of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter also called "OCASC") for the Masterplan in terms of housing. These missions are described in the provisionstechniques of this specifications. The service provider must provide the services in accordance with the prescriptions of this specifications, and in particular the technical provisions of this specifications and its offer. The work is estimated at 50 hours (around 6 days) per month. Theremaximum market value is € 180,000. The market ends automatically either when this amount is reached, or at the expiration of the last possible extension.
