Description:
The assignment is to provide a team to support the transformation of the following IT project processes:
• Challenge 1:
o Integration with existing document management system b-share (SharePoint on premises SharePoint online)
o Platform for sharing and collaborationrecognize with third parties
•Challenge 2: Data warehouse and reporting (Matillion Snowflake PowerBI)
The data warehouse contains a copy of all data from the various operational systems. The information is used by reporting and analysis tools or by the portal.
•Challenge 3: Portal/dashboard
Access to various applications must be simplified via a new portal and/or dashboard, so that employees can start the working day from one place. We want to offer a personalized and user-friendly working environment that can be reached via one intuitive interface.
•UChallenge 5: Backend (replacement of existing financial management system)
Delta is a custom-developed application that enables Beliris to follow up orders from the bill of quantities, through award to implementation. In addition, many Excel files are maintained to track certain elementse follow.
