The aim of the present assignment is to provide Beliris assistance: - on the one hand in the budgetary and financial analysis of its projects (cost control and quantity survey); - on the other hand with the technical analysis of its projects (diagnosis of an existing building). 1. Cost Control & QuantitySurvey This analysis is done during the following phases: Analysis program with requirements and wishes. - Analysis sketch designs and quotations in the framework architecture competitions. - Analysis definitive preliminary design. - Analysis tender file. - Analysis during the works (building assistance). This analysis has concreterelating to: - Verification unit prices. - Verification suspected and flat -rate quantities. In accordance with the needs of Beliris, the output of this analysis will take the following forms: - a second opinion regarding a budget and/ or estimation state that already by a public authorityand/ or private service provider (engineering office/ architect) was drawn up. - and/ or prepare a estimation state in accordance with the data supplied by Beliris. In Chapter D of the specifications in the attachment you will find more details regarding the content of the assignment. 2.
