This assignment consists of 2 parts, NL.: - Renovation of the existing LCI office building for the integration of various services: removal of sanitary facilities and changing room and convert to desk spaces. - Building a new-build social and sanitary building: building a building with refectory, changing room and sanitary. - Construction of the outside environment in various fazends IFV the structure of the new buildings and the adaptation of the existing. Conditional section: - Building a new -build traction station for the electric power supply of the rail infrastructure next to the tracks. - After employing the new traction station, the old one will have to be demolished. - Construction of the outdoor environment in various Fazen IFV the structure of the new buildings and the demolition of the existing. - Fencing the site.
