Description:
This contract concerns a framework service agreement. Lot 1: cleaning services (window washing) Infrabel is looking for an appropriate cleaning company to carry out cleaning tasks with an obligation of result, provided that cleaning frequencies are respected, such as indicated din the cleaning programs and the calculation model, which will be appended to the special specifications. These tasks include, among others:- Daily and periodic cleaning of the premises, contents and ancillary facilities of various types of buildings (with different functions)and their immediate environment;- Storage and selective sorting of waste;- Supply and distribution of consumable products (sanitary);- Cleaning of exterior glazing, roof glazing, polycarbonate facade panels, interior glazing , sec doorsand external doors;- Carry out specialized maintenance of floors and surfaces;- Carry out additional maintenance and cleaning tasks. Infrabel wants a stable and professional cleaning service that is efficient, manageable, flexible and adapted to the organization andtype of building. The service provider must create a hygienic, healthy and pleasant (working) environment for both Infrabel employees and visitors.
