This is a pre -announcement. An announcement of an assignment will be published later.
This assignment concerns the heavy renovation of 6 social residential buildings from the 1920s with a change in the number of homes (48 in the existing state and 35 in the planned condition). The project is located in The "Helmet" district in Lindestraat 46-56, Schaerbeek. Renovation works were never carried out in the 6 residential buildings. The project provides: the reorganization of the houses, their renovation, the bringing of the technical and energy installations and the creation of new common circulation rooms and entrances. The inner area of the block is being redesigned. The attention of the tenderers is based on the fact that these buildings, although not classified, are included in the inventory of the architectural heritage of the Brussels Region. In the inner There are some remarkable trees of the block that must be protected and retained unless they are felled. The plots are included in the soil status inventory: category 2 and category 3. The contracting authority has decided to manage this project in an exemplary manner on the area of sustainable development and circularity and asks tenderers to pay special attention to Appendix 2.7 of the administrative clauses: list of items relating to circularity.
