Description:
The market concerns the retraining of an industrial site into a socio-cultural activity center within the framework of the sustainable neighborhood contract "Compass". It is a question of redeveloping, via renovation and demolition-reconstruction operations partial, the northwest part of the old Desmedt printing. The municipality of Anderlecht is the owner of the site and will operate there a local infrastructure housing various municipal services and associations today dispersed in the municipality. The site includes a section of the future Park de la Sennette. As part of this request, only the Demolition of the existing building on this section is planned. The development of the Park Even will be carried out by Brussels Environment within the framework of the Urban Renovation Contract (CRU) 5. This integrated work market: - The demolition of constructions and annexes located on the layout of the future park of the Sennette and between the main preserved existing buildings; - Securing the house located on rue de Liverpool, called "Building A"; - the renovation and transformation of industrial buildings kept inside island into equipment of compound collective interest: o of a building R+1 on the B150M32 plot, including an underground car park, called below "Building B"; o of an R+2 building on the B150L31 plot, called "Building C"; o A volume that connects B and C buildings, called "Building D".
