- The contract referred to in this document must be considered a sale with charges. It has a particularity consisting of the granting of a subsidy to end buyers, according to the Wallonia recovery plan. The contract includes a firm branch aimed at obtaining the necessary permits to the realization of the project comprising minimum 62 houses and a building of 10 key-type apartments on door, on land located at 6880 Bertrix, rue de la Bruyere, rue du Terme-Chanson and rue Belle Vue, belonging to the SWL and a conditional tranche aimed at designing, erect and marketing This project. The firm tranche must be considered as the part of the contract which will be executed and which engages the SWL as soon as the contract concluded. The conditional tranche must be considered as the part of the contract, the execution of which is conditioned by a subsequent decision of the SWL depending on the creation of the firm tranche.
