- The contract referred to in this document must be considered a sale with charges. It has a particularity consisting of the granting of a subsidy to end buyers, according to the Wallonia recovery plan. The contract includes a firm tranche aimed at obtaining the permits necessary for the realization of the project comprising minimum 55 dwellings including at least 38 "key on door" houses, on land located in Martelange, rue des Hunters Ardennais, belonging to the SWL and a conditional tranche aimed at designing, erecting and marketing this project. The firm tranche must be considered as the part of the contract which will be executed and which engages the SWL as soon as the contract concluded. The conditional tranche must be considered as the part of the contract, the execution of which is conditioned by a subsequent decision of the SWL as a function of the completion of the firm tranche.
