- This works contract bearing reference no. 26/38864/PNDAP, aims to replace and insulate the flat roof and add an emergency staircase for the FLORENNES A.R. establishment (Florennes-Cambrai site), located at rue de Cambrai at 5620 FLORENNES. In more detail, the work concerns: - Demolition of the existing bituminous waterproofing of the flat roof, insulation and installation of a new EPDM membrane; - Demolition of the polycarbonate cover of the interior courtyard and replacement with sandwich panels; - Creation of 2 new emergency exits on ground +1 (creation of opening, new ALU doors, installation of 2 metal emergency staircases) - Demolition of 4 ALU doors and sealing of the bays.
