- The purpose of this work market is to renovate the energy renovation of building and the insulation of underground roofs and floors for the establishment of Florennes A.R, located in rue des Ecoles, 21 to 5620 Florennes. Or in more detail, the work concerns: - Preparation of intervention areas(Partial demolitions, preparation of supports, disassembly electrical apparatus, etc.); - Installation of insulation projected into sub-assets of "cellar covering" floors (interior work); - Installation of insulation in rollers and "LM" panels on the floors of the roof attic (worksinteriors); - Installation of a "OSB" plate finish on part of the attic insulation (interior work); - Installation of a new "PIR" insulation & "EPDM" seals (external work); - repair of cheneaux & gutters (outdoor works); - Punctual secondary work ofFinish (outdoor & interior work). This market is to be considered within the framework of subsidized works (Exceptional Ureba 2022-2024_vague 2) targeting the deep energy renovation of the buildings or, failing this, the work on the envelope which is online with the performance objectivesenergy fixed on the horizon of 2050 (in connection with the Walloon Strategy for the long -term energy renovation of the building). This subsidy is condition to compliance with the following requirement: the work must be received without remarks and the liquidation request must be submitted to theplus tard le 30 juin 2026.
