- This works contract bearing reference no. 25/40719/PNDAP, aims to replace the boiler room of the main building for the CINEY A.R. establishment, located at square Omer Bertrand, 1 at 5590 CINEY. In more detail, the work concern: - Dismantling and replacement of the entire heat production system in the boiler room as well as the circuits' outflows and returns; - Removal of DHW production via the boiler provided for this purpose; - Operating principle of the new installation: 2 oil condensing boilers with a plate heat exchanger will supply the new collector assembly with 7 circuits; - The circuits will be regulated via electronic double-way valves with energy meters; - Replacement of the electrical panel and regulation (provision of new regulation by the FWB to be integrated into the panel). ; - Production of DHW via an electric boiler with a capacity of 150 liters.
