- The subject of this assignment is part of the purchase of an automated, high-throughput live cell imaging platform. By this we mean a wide and confocal live cell imager that is connected via a robotic arm with an automatic incubator. The Confocal Live Cell Imager has the goal of being used for imaging (2D and 3D structures) of both fixed and living steels. An automated, motorized confocal microscope with a user -friendly character has a strong preference. The automation section within this purchase (robotic arm and automatic incubator) aims to integrate automated imaging with the live cell imager described above, as well as our current live cell imager (Tecan Sparkcyto), into one robotic screening platform. This automation part consists of a central incubator that can feed samples in both imaging systems by means of A robot arm.
