Description:
The object of this concession agreement regarding parking management and parking meters in the municipality of Zele is that the concession holder, at its own risk, is responsible for: - the parking meters and applications; - determining and collecting fees in accordance with the conditions of the concession agreement in the paid parking zone and the 'blue zone'; - the handling of complaints - possible extension of the concession assignment: 'residents' parking' - issuing residents' cards and checking residents' parking with associated 'parking shop' - possible extension of concession assignment: installing sensors and/or electronic surveillance or equivalent "shop and go" + checking and collecting fees.
