- This assignment concerns: carrying out an annual check, maintenance and repairs of the fire, gas detection installations, sprinkler installations, fluores and fire control installations, comprising the fire-firm Folding systems and flue. It concerns approximately (over both plots): • 287 installations for fire and gas detection and notification, • 32 sprinkler installations (residential) • 250 flue dives (whether or not linked to an installation for fire detection). These numbers can vary as a result of Changes in the patrimony of the client. An initial list of involved fire, gas detection and sprinkler installations, flour dives and fire fighting installations is attached as an appendix. Drawing up a maintenance files The fire, gas detection and sprinkler installations, flue dives And fire fighting installations as described above have been installed in the patrimony of the client, spread over the large territory of the city of Ghent. This assignment does not relate to fire pesticides that are not directly linked to the installations for Fire detection and on the flue dives, such as fire reels and portable fire extinguishers.
