Description: This multi-year service contract aims to obtain the services of a service provider to maintain all the computer equipment of all brands forming part of the Wallonia Public Service Park type:
Desktop equipment (extension 1): PC, printer, scanner, tracer table and digitize table;
- Server equipment (ext. 2): Physical servers.
The purpose of this contract aims to maintain the above equipment after the expiry of their initial warranty (associated with their acquisition).
The details of the targeted benefits is set out in the technical clauses (Title IV of this special specifications).
