- 2021/2200 - Services Framework Agreement on IT Support in the fields of ERP SAP software package This contract is a framework framework for computer assistance related to the areas of the ERP SAP software package, including the failover of the entities of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (hereinafter "FWB") in the new accounting public but also to respond to other business needs. The ETNIC wishes to conclude a framework agreement and, as follows, several subsequent markets in the analysis, setting, installation, implementation, maintenance and assistance in the broad sense concerning ERP SAP and its different modules. With a focus on the management, maintenance and extension of the accounting, financial and logistics modules already deployed at the level of the FWB.The etnic does not have sufficient internal resources to carry out these different projects.
