The university has 20,000 students and more than 5,000 employees, who send a large amount of packages, letters and special shipments. The assignment applies to all 4 university campuses. The service must be delivered daily. This is a command divided into different plots: 1) the collection and dispatch of packages by couriers; 2) the collection and dispatch of special shipments such as transport on dry ice, transport of biologically hazardous substances, lithium batteries, etc.; and 3) the collection, sorting and postage of mail.
