Description:
The contract referred to in this document must be considered a sale with charges. It has a particularity consisting of the granting of a subsidy to end buyers, according to the Wallonia recovery plan. The contract includes a firm branch aimed at obtaining the necessary permits to the realization of the project comprising minimum 42 housing units of the key on door, on a land located in Soignies rue Gregoire Wincqz, belonging to the SWL and a conditional group aimed at designing, erecting and marketing this project. The firm tranche must be considered as the part of the contract which will be executed and which initiates the SWL as soon as the contract concluded. The conditional tranche must be considered as the part of the contract, the execution of which is conditioned by a subsequent decision of the SWL as a function of the completion of the firm tranche. The SWL obtained in Discussion with the communal college of Soignies and the official delegated an agreement in principle for the realization of a program of 42 housing units
