1.26.1.45. Extension of the high-performance public transport network to the north of Brussels : Construction of a new depot for the metro in Haren - Contract - Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition
In addition to the construction of a 170 m2 structure under the railway network ofIn the North Station, for which a separate contract has been concluded, the implementation of the Metro North program also includes the construction of a 4.5 km tunnel, 7 new stations carried out in open excavations and a new depot on the Haren site.
The depot in Haren is one of the two new oneswe metro depots that are built to supplement the existing network.
It concerns the construction of a turnkey depot, i.e. a completely finished unit (civil engineering,
structural work, special techniques, finishing, outdoor equipment). At the provisional acceptance,The depot is ready for
operation.
More specifically, it is a storage and maintenance workshop for automated metros, consisting of the following elements to meet the needs of STIB's Business Unit Metro (BUM):
- an administrative building: atrium and rooms/koffices for personnel, technical rooms, circulation areas and delivery of materials;
- a workshop: loading and unloading area, container space and storage for clarcks, tracks with work pits, degreasing and dust removal track with access to the roof of the metros, lifting position , building and storage...
