Description: The municipality of Frameries owns a set of dilapidated buildings on the Grand Place de Frameries.
The property market is:
I.The demolition of existing buildings
II.The protection of the construction area, in particular by the installation of protective panels for computer and aesthetics
III.The construction of a building with approximately 16 to 20 homes and service surfaces or Horeca (excluding businesses) on the ground floor.
On the model of a work promotion market, the successful tenderer will have land in order to develop the project and the commune will sell the shares of the field to the future buyers of the project as and when the project progress.
The proceeds of the sale or exploitation of the buildings will constitute the sole remuneration of the successful tenderer.
