- The market is a public work market which has the replacement of the stained glass windows and chassis of the Bondael chapel as well as the restoration of the Ventelles and the front door, located square du Vieux Tilleul, 10 in Ixelles. The work includes more particularly: o Removal and evacuation of existing chassis and external glazing; o placement of new aluminum fixed chassis doubled by the interior of a metal frame housing an artist intervention (see plans); o Painting the entrance portal; o Replacement or restoration of wooden vens in the belfry; o asbestos survey on the glue of existing chassis.
