Description: Framework Agreement with a (1) service provider for transport, placement, storage and maintenance of advertising material for events, both indoor and outdoor, which are sponsored by the national lottery in Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels, mainly (but not exclusively ) Sports competitions, cultural events and music festivals. As an additional performance - But only when this is necessary, the service provider must drive the advertising vehicles from the national lottery to the event locations. However, the national lottery reserves the right to install advertising material themselves and to control its advertising cars.
