Implementation of a new CRM to find a solution to facilitate work efficiency and support BDWZZSG staff in their day to day work towards the organization-s constituents, volunteers and schools. The CRM system will serve to support relationship management with different types of constituents, regardless whether those are individual donors or corporate donors, volunteers, activist groups, activists, local and international partners, political contacts or contacts at other civil society organizations, as well as schools and teachers. BDWZZSG is looking for a long term partnership with a CRM-implementor. While any license model is welcomed, BDWZZSG prefers proposals working from an open source philosophy.
