The purpose of the market is to provide clothing for various municipal services. Orders will be done as the administration needs on the basis of orders sent to the contractor. At the time of writing the conditions of this market, the contracting authority is not able to precisely define the quantities of supplies it will need. Consequently, the presumed annual quantities indicated in the special specifications governing this market are purely indicative, they in no way engage the contracting authority. Consequently, the contractor cannot claim any compensation in the event that the alleged quantities are not reached.
