- The assignment relates to the insurance contracts of the Agency hereinafter.
The assignment has a duration of 3 years from 1 January 2023. The assignment will be tacitly renewed once for a period of one year, unless terminated by one of the parties by registered letter. writeives deposited with the post at least 10 months before the end of the 3-year term.
The contract consists of 5 lots that can be awarded separately:
Lot 1: Fire insurance
Lot 2: General civil liability and compulsory insurance of the objective aaLiability in case of fire or explosion
Plot 3: All-risk insurance;
Plot 4: Travel insurance abroad;
Plot 5: Professional civil liability.
